The cozy bar was a nice touch during my stay, but soundproofing needs improvement.

Had a great time with friends during our stay! The beds were super comfy, and we visited the Rivermead Leisure Center, which was a blast! We also checked out the Hexagon Theater for a show. Just a heads-up , plan for busy breakfast times, as they can run out of food quickly. a fun spot for a group getaway.
One downside was the lack of helpfulness from the staff. We faced a frustrating situation when one member refused to assist us with a simple inquiry, which really put a damper on the experience.

Convenient overnight stay with helpful staff
Our recent stop was quite pleasant. The reception team, especially Karl, provided excellent service. Clean rooms made our short stay enjoyable. Be aware of the new parking fee and breakfast surcharges. consider dining off-site for better value. a great pit stop en route to London.

Decent stay but smelly
So, I had a bit of a mixed experience. The room was tiny and I had to climb steep stairs. Plus, there was this weird fried food smell everywhere that stuck to my clothes. On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff were super nice. Just not the freshest vibe overall.
